Strategic Build

A clearer direction without losing her breadth

Sonya's range of experience had left her pulled in different directions. The work brought that breadth into a coherent brand and gave her confidence to pursue new opportunities.

Sonya

Where Sonya was.

Sonya is a highly qualified, experienced psychotherapist whose work spans both business and individual clients. Her range of skills and entrepreneurial thinking gave her plenty of possibilities, but left her unsure which direction to take. She'd worked with different marketing people and still felt confused.

Sonya - the work

What we did.

We explored Sonya's story, what she cares about, the clients she most enjoys working with and the work she loves doing.

The aim wasn't to strip away her experience. It was to find positioning that made her breadth easier to understand while speaking directly to specific business and individual clients. That strategy became a new website, bringing her positioning and offers together.

What shifted.

Sonya could see a clearer direction for her brand without feeling she had to leave valuable parts of her experience behind. Her website gave her a coherent way to explain the different sides of her work.

What changed.

The work gave Sonya the confidence to reach out and keep growing her brand through opportunities such as publications and awards. She now has a website that supports that next step, rather than adding to the confusion.
